Shipping

  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address at checkout.
  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    As WebDigitaal we try to process our orders as quickly as possible and ship them to your address. The current delivery time can be found here. Take crowds and scarcity into account.
  • Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
    From the moment your order has been processed, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You will receive this cthin 1-2 working days.

Returning

  • How do I cancel my order?
    We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Due to automation and order volume, we continuously ship orders. With that in mind, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
  • I want to return an order, what should I do??
    Returning an order is possible and must be done within 60 days. Go to Returns, read the return conditions carefully and follow the instructions.

    After receiving and checking the returned items, we will process the return and carry out the desired action (provided the return meets the stated conditions).
  • When will I receive my money back after returning?
    We will refund the amount due within 14 working days after registration of the return, provided it meets the conditions set. The shipping costs for returning a product are at your own expense.

  • How do I receive an invoice for my order?
    Have you recently placed an order via our website or via Bol.com and would you like to receive an invoice?
