Delivery
As WebDigitaal we try to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, Rotterdam and processed on behalf of PostNL, GLS, FedEx, DHL or UPS.

When shipping, please keep in mind that our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. The delivery days are therefore Tuesday to Saturday.

These are the times when the delivery service will be at our door to collect all packages.
Did you order time on a working day before the deadline? Then your package will be sent to the delivery service on deadline time.
Delivery via PostNL, GLS, FedEx, DHL or UPS
PostNL, GLS, FedEx, DHL or UPS will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home during the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in your mailbox. This will indicate at which Service Point you can collect the package. You have three weeks to collect the package, otherwise the package will be returned.
Pay attention! Unfortunately, a delivery address cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
